We offer a variety of activities that include transfers to and from the hostel. Activities can be added to any package.
Surfing Lessons
A full day of surfing lessons at the sandy white beaches of Blouberg or Muizenburg.

Kitesurfing Lessons
The ultimate power kite activity. Learn to speed across the water. LessonS are 4 or 6 hours long, from 10am to 2pm or from 10am to 4pm. Includes: boards, kites, harnesses, wetsuits, helmets and all appropriate safety equipment.

Windsurfing Lessons
Head to Rietvlei, a fresh water lagoon, where a qualified instructor will teach you to windsurf.

Cape Point Tour
Follow the scenic coastal roads of the Cape Peninsula to Cape Point, were you can hike or mountain bike through the nature reserve. Experience Cape Town at its best. Includes: transport and entrance to the nature reserve.

Wine Route Tour
Meander through stunning landscapes and wine farms. Stop at wine estates for tastings, and to appreciate the natural beauty and historical attractions of the region.

Township Tour
Explore the culture and history of townships. Meet the locals, visit a crèche and drink home brewed beer. This is a must for any one who wants an authentic view of South African life.

Township Tour & Robben Island
After spending the morning in the local town- ships, take the ferry from the Mandela Gateway at the V&A Waterfront to Robben Island. Ex-inmates guide the tours and recount their experiences and hardships while imprisoned on the island.

Kloofing (Cliff jumping)
A day of extreme adventures. Hike through Kamikaze Canyon. Those brave enough can jump down 3-22m from cliffs into crystal clear rock pools below. Abseil down a 65m cliff.

Quad Biking
After a short introduction, join a guided ride through the many tracks, trails or courses.

Abseil Table Mountain
Abseil 112m down the world’s highest commercial abseil. Enjoy a wonderful view of Cape Town and the Atlantic Ocean at 1000m.

Walking Tour of Cape Town
This 3 hour guided walk through the city centre focuses on the history of Cape Town from the days of Dutch settlement though the Apartheid years and into the time of the new nation. You will pass milestones like the Castle Of Good Hope, the District Six Museum and Company’s Gardens.

Ostrich Ranch
This guided tour includes a 45-minute walk in which you will see a variety of ostrich species and other birds as well as a display room, a leather factory and a cactus garden.

Shark Cage Diving
See the Great White Shark face-to-face in its natural habitat. The experienced and specialised crew in Gansbaai will take you to “Shark Alley”, the prime spot for shark cage diving.

Skydiving
Do a tandem jump or take lessons and do a solo jump. During the 20 minute aircraft-ride, you will have an awesome view of the West Coast, Cape Town, Robben Island and Table Mountain. Then enjoy an exhilarating free-fall at 200kph followed by a peaceful parachute-ride.

Paragliding
Take lessons or book paragliding tours and soar high above fantastic landscapes. No experience is required for a 15 to 25 minute tandem flight from Lion's Head, Signal Hill and Sir Lowry's Pass.

Big 5 Safari
View South Africa’s Big 5 in their natural surroundings. Join us for breakfast before the game drive in a four star private nature reserve. Later, we have a picnic in the park. The park is in a malaria-free area and offers a variety of accommodation and guided tours.
