Programs are flexible, some more than others. We offer 24-hour support to all volunteers. Volunteers stay in 4 star backpackers accommodation with other like-minded people. Volunteers are allowed to change between projects or do more than one.

You will be welcomed by your friendly qualified tour guide and whisked off to the winelands for a fun-filled day exploring the three wine regions: Paarl, Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. The soaring mountains and rolling vineyards is the landscape make for lasting memories.

After some time at the World of Butterflies, we go on a cellar tour at a long-established winery, taste some wine and nibble on cheese crackers.

While the day is still young and we’re still fresh, we go to the valleys to learn more about winemaking and the history of the winelands. Then we sample some more of the local wine, well a lot more of the wine…

If your tummy if feeling empty, you can buy something light to eat in a little French village in the valley. The choice of dessert is easy – Belgian chocolates.

The adventure continues as we head off to the next wine region for more wine tasting, some olive and olive oil tasting and a gentle stroll through the vineyards and orchards.

Just when you thought the day was coming to an end, we’re off for some surprises and a fun farm-picking adventure.

Our final stop is the Cheetah Outreach Programme. Have some cash handy if you want your photo taken with these sleek creatures. You will have some time to explore the stunning setting or relax before we sit for dinner.

Dinner is a stunning buffet of African foods. You can eat as much as you want and discover true African hospitality under the African skies.

Tame the raging waters of the river by day. Spend the evenings under clear African skies and experience the peace and tranquility the river of contrasts has to offer.

Arrive in Cape Town and get shown around by people who know the city well. Excellent for first-time visitors to find their feet the local way.
