Hi=) My name is Shona and im a Tourism Student at Northlink College...Im doing my internship at Saltycrax and this is my first job in the tourism industry so everything is pretty new for me...I must say i couldnt have made a better choice of where to work because the atmosphere here is so friendly and i enjoy doing what i have to do..There is also a group of young american volunteers here who are fun, friendly and so enthusiastic with what they do...they are involved in a whole lot of activities to help our community in South Africa and a big up to SaltyCrax for arranging it all!We also take them to Cultural places in Cape Town to make the most of their visit and last night it was Mama Africa which was alot of fun...So a big thanks to Carla, Jen, Cornelia and the one and only Julian for letting me learn all the cool stuff about running the backpackers and everything that comes with it!
